  1. Develop and implement EHS programs that align with company policies and global regulations.
  2. Stay up-to-date on all EHS regulations and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any EHS hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and regulatory requirements.
  6. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
  7. Work closely with management to ensure EHS goals and objectives are aligned with overall company objectives.
  8. Proactively identify and implement initiatives to promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on EHS topics and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels.
  10. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay informed about any changes in EHS regulations and standards.
  11. Participate in incident investigations and lead the development of corrective and preventive actions.
  12. Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively throughout the organization.
  13. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  14. Manage the EHS budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where EHS is prioritized and valued by all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Ehs Programs, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Ehs Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Training Programs For Employees At All Levels.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
