- Manage and maintain safety data for all Pfizer products in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of safety data.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of safety data to identify any discrepancies or issues, and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety data to regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and analyze safety data trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance patient safety and product quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to safety data management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on safety data management, providing guidance and training to colleagues as needed.
- Maintain and update all relevant databases and systems used for safety data management.
- Support the development and implementation of new safety data management tools and systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to address any safety data-related inquiries or issues.
- Work closely with the pharmacovigilance team to ensure timely and accurate safety reporting and risk management activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to safety data management, providing expertise and support as needed.
- Identify and escalate any potential safety concerns or risks to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations when handling sensitive safety data.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of safety data management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Toxicology, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Safety Data Management Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Pharmacovigilance And Safety Data Management.
Proficiency In Safety Database Systems And Data Management Processes, Such As Argus And Meddra.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Critically Review And Interpret Safety Data.
