Extensive Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In A Statistical Role. This Ensures A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Requirements Of Drug Development.
Expertise In Statistical Programming And Data Analysis: Proficiency In Statistical Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Data Manipulation, Analysis, And Visualization Techniques.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Submissions: A Principal Statistical Data Scientist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Experience In Preparing And Submitting Statistical Data For Regulatory Review. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda And Ich Guidelines, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Submissions Such As Ndas And Blas.
