  1. Conduct advanced translational modeling and simulation studies to support drug discovery and development projects.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge techniques and technologies to accelerate the identification and optimization of potential drug candidates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, conduct, and interpret experiments and simulations.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including clinical and preclinical studies.
  5. Develop and validate predictive models to support decision-making in drug development.
  6. Communicate results and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in translational modeling and simulation.
  8. Mentor and train junior scientists in modeling and simulation techniques.
  9. Drive innovation and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  11. Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  13. Foster a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  14. Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and events.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission of Pfizer to bring life-changing medicines to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)

  • Extensive Experience In Translational Modeling And Simulation, Particularly In Drug Discovery And Development

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, And Disease Biology

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation Of Modeling And Simulation Strategies In Drug Development Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
