- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and analyze data to support product development and regulatory submissions

Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Principal Scientist- Particle Characterization At Pfizer Should Possess A Ph.d. In Chemistry Or A Closely Related Field, With A Strong Focus On Particle Characterization Techniques.
Extensive Experience In Particle Characterization Methods: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Various Techniques Such As Dynamic Light Scattering, Electron Microscopy, And Laser Diffraction For Particle Characterization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Principal Scientist- Particle Characterization Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Principles And Applications Of Particle Characterization Methods, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Analytical Problems.
