- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and analyze data to support product development and regulatory submissions
- Develop and validate new methods and techniques for particle characterization, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations
- Stay updated on latest advancements and trends in particle characterization and incorporate them into product development processes

Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Principal Scientist- Particle Characterization At Pfizer Should Possess A Ph.d. In Chemistry Or A Closely Related Field, With A Strong Focus On Particle Characterization Techniques.
Extensive Experience In Particle Characterization Methods: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Various Techniques Such As Dynamic Light Scattering, Electron Microscopy, And Laser Diffraction For Particle Characterization.
