  1. Lead the development of mRNA vaccines and technology for Pfizer.
  2. Utilize cutting-edge technology to develop life-saving vaccines.
  3. Conduct extensive research and stay up-to-date on advancements in mRNA technology and vaccine development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or Related Field: A Principal Scientist In Mrna Vaccines & Technology At Pfizer Should Have A Minimum Of A Phd In A Relevant Field, With A Strong Background In Biochemistry And Molecular Biology.

  • Extensive Experience In Mrna Vaccine Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Development Of Mrna Vaccines, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.

  • Strong Understanding Of Rna Biology: A Deep Understanding Of Rna Structure, Function, And Mechanisms Is Crucial For This Role, As It Is The Basis For Mrna Vaccine Technology.

  • Proficiency In Molecular Cloning And Gene Editing Techniques: The Principal Scientist Should Possess Advanced Skills In Molecular Cloning And Gene Editing Techniques, Such As Crispr-Cas9, To Manipulate Mrna Sequences For Vaccine Development.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Principal Scientist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Scientists And Managing Complex Projects. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
