Extensive Experience In Oncology Drug Development: The Oncology Group Lead Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmacometrics And Drug Development, With A Specific Focus On Oncology. This Includes Experience In Designing And Implementing Pharmacometric Strategies, Analyzing Clinical Trial Data, And Communicating Results To Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Modeling And Simulation Software: Proficiency In Pharmacometric Software Such As Nonmem, Monolix, Or Phoenix Is Essential For This Role.
