  1. Lead and manage the Pharmacometrics Oncology Group at Pfizer, ensuring the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.

  3. Oversee the development and implementation of pharmacometrics strategies to support the development of new oncology therapies.

  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and regulatory agencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacometrics Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Phd Or Ms In Pharmacometrics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Ensures A Strong Foundation In Drug Development, Data Analysis, And Modeling Techniques.

  • Extensive Experience In Oncology Drug Development: The Oncology Group Lead Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmacometrics And Drug Development, With A Specific Focus On Oncology. This Includes Experience In Designing And Implementing Pharmacometric Strategies, Analyzing Clinical Trial Data, And Communicating Results To Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficiency In Modeling And Simulation Software: Proficiency In Pharmacometric Software Such As Nonmem, Monolix, Or Phoenix Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacokinetic And Pharmacodynamic Data Analysis, And Be Able To Develop Models To Support Drug Development Decisions.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Group Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Pharmacometricians And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential To Effectively Manage Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. This Includes Presenting Complex Pharmacometric Concepts And Results To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Collaborating With Colleagues From Different Backgrounds And Expertise.
