Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Pfizer. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing new products to existing and prospective customers. In this role, you will need to have strong communication and customer service skills to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.The ideal candidate for this job will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience. You should be comfortable working independently and have great problem-solving and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  2. Introduce and promote new products to customers.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of new products.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and provide updates to management.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers.
  7. Address customer concerns and inquiries.
  8. Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.
  9. Track sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  10. Utilize customer relationship management software to update customer information.
