Job Description

At Pfizer, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for increasing the market share of our products by utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of two years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and a proven track record of success. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to think critically and work under pressure. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Increase market share of Pfizer products by building relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
  4. Keep up-to-date on relevant industry news and trends.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Pfizer products and services.
  7. Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Remain in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  10. Travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and other sales-related events.
