Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of Pfizer products to key accounts.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  4. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer needs in order to develop sales plans.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  8. Accurately enter and process customer orders.
  9. Assist in the development of new products and services.
  10. Provide product training and education to customers.
