1. Oversee the timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.
2. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payments.
6. Handle any escalated payroll issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.

13. Communicate with employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
14. Act as a liaison between the payroll team and other departments within the company.
