  1. Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials in alignment with Pfizer's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target patient populations to identify key recruitment channels and tactics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute recruitment plans, including advertising, outreach, and engagement activities.
  4. Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and patient advocacy groups to support recruitment efforts.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment and incorporate them into strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to patient recruitment.
  8. Manage recruitment budgets and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results.
  9. Train and support site staff in implementing patient recruitment strategies.
  10. Act as a liaison between Pfizer and potential study participants, providing information and addressing any concerns or questions.
  11. Represent Pfizer at industry conferences and events to promote clinical trials and patient recruitment efforts.
  12. Continuously seek out new and innovative recruitment strategies to improve patient enrollment and retention in clinical trials.
  13. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areas and products being studied.
  14. Contribute to the development of patient recruitment materials and resources.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  16. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  17. Adhere to Pfizer's code of conduct and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Patient Recruitment Or Clinical Trial Recruitment Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Patient Recruitment Strategies And Tactics, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Recruitment Campaigns.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Patient Recruitment For Clinical Trials.
