  1. Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials, in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize various channels, including digital and traditional marketing, to identify and engage potential participants.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and success of recruitment strategies.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key patient populations and their needs.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community to enhance recruitment efforts.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for recruitment initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient recruitment.
  10. Represent the company at conferences and events related to patient recruitment.
  11. Train and mentor team members on patient recruitment strategies and processes.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and potential participants, providing information and addressing any concerns or questions.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to ethical standards.
  15. Embody the company's values of integrity, excellence, and patient focus in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Patient Recruitment Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Specifically In Regards To Patient Recruitment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Patient Recruitment Strategies For Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
