- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients' treatment plans.
- Utilize SAS (statistical analysis software) to gather and analyze patient data.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient support programs.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Social Work.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Patient Case Management, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proficiency In Sas Software And Data Analysis, With The Ability To Generate Reports And Analyze Patient Data.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
Knowledge Of Patient Support Programs And Resources, As Well As Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance.
