  8. Act as a subject matter expert in neuroscience for the organization, providing guidance and support to colleagues and teams.
  9. Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and presentations for conferences and scientific meetings.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all research and documentation.
  11. Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in all aspects of research and drug development.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges in research and development.
  14. Keep abreast of competitor activities and advancements to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Neuroscience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Neuroscience Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Techniques Of Neuroscience Research And Application.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Neuroscience Research: The Candidate Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Developments And Advancements In Neuroscience Research, Including Brain Imaging Techniques, Molecular And Cellular Biology, And Neuropharmacology. This Will Enable Them To Develop And Implement Innovative Solutions For Pfizer's Neuroscience Portfolio.

  • Experience In Drug Development: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Drug Development, Preferably In The Neuroscience Field. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Contribute To The Development Of New Drugs And Therapies For Neurological Disorders.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Successful Neuroscience Health And Science Specialist Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Draw Meaningful Conclusions. They Should Be Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Have Experience Working With Large Datasets.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Scientists, Researchers, And External Partners. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Scientific Information And Work Collaboratively Towards Common Goals.
