Job Qualifications
  • A Phd In Neuroscience Or Related Field, With A Focus On Drug Discovery And Development.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company, Preferably In A Neuroscience-Related Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Neurobiology And Related Disease Pathways, With The Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Scientists, Researchers, And Project Managers.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
