  1. Lead and manage a team of clinical data scientists to support the research and development efforts of Pfizer.
  2. Develop and implement innovative data solutions to support clinical research and drug development.
  3. Oversee data analysis and interpretation to support decision making in clinical trials.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques to continuously improve processes.
  6. Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  9. Communicate data insights and findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet timelines and objectives.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support data management and analysis needs.
  13. Participate in conferences and other industry events to represent Pfizer's data science capabilities.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data-related issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Manager, Senior Clinical Data Scientist At Pfizer Should Hold A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Or A Life Science Discipline.

  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Data Collection, Processing, And Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python, And Have Experience With Data Manipulation And Programming To Support Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards: A Manager, Senior Clinical Data Scientist At Pfizer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines, Such As Ich-Gcp, Cdisc, And Fda Regulations, And Be Able To Apply Them To Data Management Processes.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Leading Projects, With Strong Communication And Organizational Skills. They Should Be Able To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
