  1. Develop and implement talent management solutions that align with the company's global HR strategy.
  2. Lead a team of HR professionals in delivering innovative and effective talent solutions.
  3. Identify and analyze global talent trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of talent management initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Provide expertise and support to HR colleagues globally on talent management best practices.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance talent management capabilities.
  10. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of talent management efforts.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve the company's approach.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  13. Lead and participate in global HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
  15. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development for employees at all levels.

  • Extensive Experience In Global Hr Talent Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Hr Talent Solutions, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Learning And Development.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, Global Hr Talent Solution Delivery, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Hr Professionals Located In Different Regions And Countries.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Leadership, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Across Different Regions.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Technology, Including Talent Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, And Learning Management Systems, To Effectively Implement And Optimize Global Hr Talent Solutions.
