  1. Develop and implement global talent solutions that align with Pfizer's overall business strategy.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Lead a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of talent solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze talent data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Continuously evaluate and enhance talent programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of a diverse and global workforce.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the delivery of talent solutions.
  8. Develop and manage budget for talent solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  9. Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues on global talent management practices and policies.
  10. Oversee the implementation of talent management systems and tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet the needs of the organization.
  11. Collaborate with HR technology team to identify and implement new tools and systems to enhance talent management processes.
  12. Develop and deliver training programs for HR and business leaders on talent management practices.
  13. Participate in talent review meetings and provide insights and recommendations for talent development and succession planning.
  14. Support the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent management programs.
  15. Communicate and promote talent management programs and initiatives to employees across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Hr Talent Solution Delivery, Including A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Hr Programs And Initiatives On A Global Scale.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Practices, Policies, And Procedures In Multiple Countries And Regions, With The Ability To Navigate Complex Legal And Regulatory Environments.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams And Ensure Timely And Effective Delivery Of Projects.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, And Effectively Communicate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
