  1. Lead and manage clinical development activities for pipeline compounds, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of clinical trials.
  2. Oversee the design and implementation of clinical trial protocols, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study sites, and regulatory authorities.
  4. Utilize scientific expertise to provide strategic input into clinical development plans and study designs.
  5. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data, identify trends and issues, and make recommendations for appropriate actions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  7. Mentor and develop junior clinical scientists, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate potential new compounds for development.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on clinical development progress and contribute to decision-making processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of medicine and incorporate relevant knowledge into clinical development plans.
  11. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting data and building relationships with key opinion leaders.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical development processes.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on clinical development progress and discuss any challenges or opportunities.
  14. Act as a spokesperson for the company, promoting the organization and its values in the scientific community.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy Or Biomedical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research And Drug Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
