  1. Lead and manage a team of clinical data scientists to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of clinical data analysis for Pfizer's drug development programs.
  2. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to support the development of life-changing medicines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs for clinical trials.
  4. Develop and implement data analysis plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Oversee the collection, cleaning, and integration of clinical data from various sources.
  6. Perform quality control checks on clinical data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret clinical data, communicating results to stakeholders.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot data issues, providing solutions to ensure data integrity.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and clinical research.
  10. Mentor and train junior data scientists on best practices for data analysis and clinical research.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  12. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes for data management and analysis.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, such as ICH-GCP and FDA guidelines.
  14. Contribute to the development and improvement of Pfizer's clinical data infrastructure and systems.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical data analysis, providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  16. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data analysis processes and methodologies.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data Management And Analysis, Such As Cdisc, Fda Regulations, And Ich Guidelines, Is Essential For This Role.

  • Advanced Data Science Skills: The Manager, Clinical Data Scientist Should Possess Advanced Skills In Data Manipulation, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Using Tools Such As Sas, R, And Python.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects With Strict Timelines, Budgets, And Quality Standards. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational, Communication, And Problem-Solving Skills.
