  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Pfizer policies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management, incorporating them into Pfizer's processes.
  8. Communicate regularly with senior management on contract status, issues, and potential solutions.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and processes related to contract management.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, Or Law Enforcement.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Investigative Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Investigations, Including Hipaa And Fda Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Investigators.

  • Prior Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry Or A Similar Regulated Industry Is Preferred.
