  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, payers, and patients regarding reimbursement and insurance coverage for Pfizer's inflammatory and immunology treatments.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Educate healthcare providers on the reimbursement process for Pfizer's treatments, including coding, coverage, and patient assistance programs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reimbursement strategies that align with business objectives and meet the needs of patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in insurance policies and regulations that may impact reimbursement for Pfizer's treatments.
  6. Conduct reimbursement and coverage analyses to identify barriers and opportunities for Pfizer's treatments.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to healthcare providers, payers, and patients on reimbursement and insurance coverage for Pfizer's treatments.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance and reimbursement processes for Pfizer's treatments, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  9. Negotiate with payers to secure favorable coverage and reimbursement for Pfizer's treatments.
  10. Monitor and track reimbursement data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement patient support programs to assist patients with insurance and reimbursement challenges.
  12. Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  13. Participate in conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and best practices related to reimbursement and insurance coverage.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of reimbursement and insurance coverage for Pfizer's treatments.
  15. Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and execution of departmental goals and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Reimbursement, Healthcare Reimbursement, Or Healthcare Sales.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Government And Commercial Reimbursement Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Reimbursement Information.
