  1. Lead the development and implementation of Pfizer's HCP CRM capabilities to support HCPs and enhance their experience with Pfizer.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HCP CRM operations with other business functions.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Pfizer's products, customers, and market dynamics to inform CRM strategy and operations.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all aspects of HCP CRM operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of HCP CRM systems and tools.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with Pfizer's CRM operations.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of HCP CRM operations.
  9. Develop and implement training programs to ensure HCPs and internal teams are effectively utilizing the CRM system.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HCP CRM operations and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
  11. Manage and allocate budget and resources for HCP CRM operations.
  12. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to HCP CRM operations.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the HCP CRM operations team.
  14. Represent Pfizer at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to HCP CRM operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Or Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Compliance Regulations And Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
