  1. Manage global clinical trials: Oversee all aspects of the clinical trial process, including planning, implementation, and execution, to ensure timely and successful completion.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams, including clinical operations, medical, regulatory, and data management, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the trial.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulations: Stay updated with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the trial is conducted in accordance with them.
  4. Develop and manage study timelines: Create and maintain detailed timelines for the trial, ensuring that all activities are completed within the designated time frame.
  5. Budget management: Monitor and manage the budget for the trial, identifying and addressing any potential issues or discrepancies.
  6. Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on the trial.
  7. Coordinate investigator meetings: Organize and facilitate investigator meetings to ensure that all study sites are properly trained and informed about the trial.
  8. Quality control: Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of trial data.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field, Such As A Phd Or Md.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Leadership Or Project Management Role.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Global Drug Development Processes, Regulations, And Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Global Clinical Trials, Including Budget And Timeline Management.
