  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  3. Utilize Italian language proficiency to communicate with international clients.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
  5. Conduct detailed analysis of customer accounts to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.

  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to collections and dispute resolution.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and dispute management.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to collections and dispute resolution.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on collections and dispute management processes.
  13. Train and mentor team members on collections and dispute management best practices.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on collections and dispute resolution activities.
  15. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of collections and dispute management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Italian Language: As A Global O2C Collections Analyst & Dispute Mgt, Proficiency In Italian Is A Crucial Qualification As It Will Be Necessary To Communicate With Italian-Speaking Customers And Resolve Disputes In A Timely And Effective Manner.

  • Knowledge Of O2C Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Order-To-Cash (O2C) Processes And Procedures, Including Collections, Credit Management, And Dispute Resolution. This Will Enable Them To Proactively Identify And Address Potential Issues In The Order And Payment Process.

  • Experience In Collections And Dispute Management: Previous Experience In Collections And Dispute Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Reducing Delinquency Rates And Resolving Complex Disputes.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Global O2C Collections Analyst & Dispute Mgt, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate And Negotiate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels. Therefore, Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Negotiation Skills, Are Essential.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify Discrepancies And Resolve Issues In A Timely And Accurate Manner. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Address Complex Disputes And Find Amicable Solutions For All Parties Involved.
