  1. Oversee the global clinical development of Pfizer's products, ensuring high-quality and compliance with regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of clinical trials.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans for clinical development, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, regulations, and guidelines to ensure Pfizer's clinical trials are conducted in accordance with best practices.
  6. Provide strategic input and decision-making on clinical development programs, including study design, protocol development, and data analysis.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners, including CROs, vendors, and academic institutions, to ensure timely and successful execution of clinical trials.
  8. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  9. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant guidelines and regulations.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the clinical development team.
  11. Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, providing updates on clinical development progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  13. Represent Pfizer at scientific conferences and industry meetings, presenting clinical data and contributing to scientific discussions.
  14. Drive a patient-centric approach to clinical development, keeping patient needs and perspectives at the forefront of decision-making.
  15. Support the overall mission of Pfizer to bring breakthrough medicines to the world and make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Clinical Development And Leadership Roles.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large, Complex Global Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
