
Engagement & Activation Lead

- Develop and execute engagement and activation strategies to increase awareness and usage of Pfizer's pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and develop targeted messaging and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and activation.
- Create and manage budgets for engagement and activation campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement and activation initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including digital, social media, and events, to effectively engage with target audiences.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training to internal teams and external partners on engagement and activation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in engagement and activation to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
- Represent Pfizer and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies, With A Focus On Digital And Multi-Channel Marketing.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Developing And Executing Successful Engagement And Activation Campaigns, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Results.
