- Ensure all documents are appropriately version controlled and archived for easy retrieval.
- Train and mentor team members on document control processes and systems.

- Manage a team of document control specialists and provide coaching and performance feedback.

- Represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits related to document control and quality systems.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective document management and improve cross-functional collaboration.

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure document control systems are functioning properly and meeting business needs.

Extensive Experience In Document Management And Quality Control Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Regulatory Compliance.
Strong Understanding Of Fda And Global Regulatory Requirements For Document Management And Submission.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Document Control Specialists.
Exceptional Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.
