1. Develop and lead strategies to ensure equitable access to GI products for patients of all backgrounds and circumstances in the US market.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to healthcare access and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Monitor and analyze market trends and data to inform strategies and initiatives for health equity in the GI franchise.

11. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in promoting health equity within the GI franchise.
12. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates, recommendations, and insights on health equity efforts.
