- Develop and lead strategies to ensure equitable access to GI products for patients of all backgrounds and circumstances in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to healthcare access and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and data to inform strategies and initiatives for health equity in the GI franchise.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to support the implementation of health equity initiatives and drive a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and community organizations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to health equity and ensure compliance within the GI franchise.
- Represent Pfizer at conferences, events, and other industry meetings to promote the company's commitment to health equity.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote health equity and create a healthier world for all individuals.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of health equity initiatives within the GI franchise.
- Act as a subject matter expert on health equity, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in promoting health equity within the GI franchise.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates, recommendations, and insights on health equity efforts.
- Adhere to company values and ethics, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team and organization.
Extensive Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of The Us Market And The Gi Franchise.
Proven Leadership Skills: The Director Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Business Objectives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Healthcare And Health Equity: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Us Healthcare System, Including Reimbursement Policies, Regulatory Landscape, And Health Equity Initiatives.
Strategic Mindset: The Director Must Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Analytically To Identify And Prioritize Opportunities For Growth Within The Gi Franchise. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Business Results.
