- Oversee the development and implementation of CRM audience and channel reporting strategies to support Pfizer's mission and business goals.
- Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to audience engagement and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform CRM strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics and reporting to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality data and reporting capabilities.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on CRM analytics and reporting techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and align on reporting standards and methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Crm Reporting And Analytics, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Us Healthcare Landscape And Regulations, Including Hipaa.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Crm Platforms And Reporting Tools, Such As Salesforce, Tableau, And Google Analytics.
