  1. Develop and implement strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into pharmacovigilance quality oversight processes.
  2. Lead and manage a team of pharmacovigilance professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for pharmacovigilance quality oversight.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in adverse event reporting.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to pharmacovigilance processes.
  6. Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in pharmacovigilance and artificial intelligence.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable and compliant with pharmacovigilance standards.
  8. Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in pharmacovigilance reporting.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacovigilance and artificial intelligence for external stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events to regulatory agencies.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to pharmacovigilance activities.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacovigilance quality oversight team.
  13. Manage budgets and resources effectively to support pharmacovigilance quality oversight initiatives.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on pharmacovigilance quality oversight activities and recommend potential improvements.
  15. Lead and support pharmacovigilance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Pharmacovigilance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmacovigilance, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Industry Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Pharmacovigilance Professionals And Overseeing The Quality Oversight Of Ai Projects. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Expertise In Artificial Intelligence And Data Analytics: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Its Applications In Pharmacovigilance. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Analytics And Be Able To Effectively Leverage Ai Tools To Improve Pharmacovigilance Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, And Medical Affairs. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Compliance And Quality Assurance Expertise: The Director Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacovigilance Regulatory Requirements And The Ability To Ensure Compliance With These Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems, Such As Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (Gvp).
