- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical experts in the field of Oncology and AI.
- Develop and manage a budget for AI innovation projects and initiatives within the Oncology Medical Affairs department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to patient data privacy and ethical considerations in AI technology.
- Actively participate in the development and review of publications and presentations related to Pfizer's AI innovation in Oncology.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Director, Medical Affairs Oncology Ai Innovation At Pfizer Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Field Related To Pharmaceuticals, Medicine, Or Data Science. A Phd Or Md Would Be Highly Desirable.
Extensive Experience In Oncology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Oncology, Either In A Clinical Or Research Setting. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of The Current Landscape Of Oncology Treatments And Emerging Trends In The Field.
Expertise In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml): The Director Should Have A Strong Background In Ai And Ml, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Applying These Technologies In A Medical Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
