  1. Develop and implement imaging service strategies for various therapeutic areas in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of imaging service professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless integration of imaging services into clinical trials.

  5. Oversee the selection, training, and management of external imaging vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.

  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to advance imaging service capabilities and expand business opportunities.
  9. Participate in the development of study protocols, imaging manuals, and other relevant documents.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and success of imaging service strategies.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the imaging service team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Medical Imaging Or Diagnostic Service Department.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Imaging Technology And Equipment, Including Mri, Ct, Ultrasound, And X-Ray.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Initiatives.
