  1. Lead and manage a team of regulatory professionals to ensure effective and efficient execution of global regulatory affairs strategies.
  2. Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for Pfizer's products to ensure timely and successful submissions and approvals.
  3. Stay up-to-date with global regulatory requirements and changes in the pharmaceutical industry to inform regulatory strategies and ensure compliance.
  4. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on regulatory matters and ensure alignment with global regulatory strategies.
  5. Act as the main point of contact for global regulatory agencies and establish strong relationships to facilitate successful interactions.
  6. Monitor and analyze regulatory landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents.
  8. Lead regulatory authority meetings and negotiations to obtain optimal outcomes for Pfizer's products.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to achieve regulatory objectives.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to support their career development and growth.
  11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory processes and systems.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to global regulatory affairs.
  13. Communicate and report on regulatory activities and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  14. Represent Pfizer in industry forums and maintain a strong external presence to enhance the company's reputation and influence in the regulatory community.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Chemistry, Or Biology, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Global Regulatory Affairs.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Global Pharmaceutical Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda, Ema, And Ich Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Regulatory Submissions And Approvals For New Drug Applications, Supplements, And Variations In Multiple Countries.

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders Across Departments And Regions.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Represent The Company's Regulatory Strategy To Regulatory Authorities And External Partners.
