- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to ensure timely and successful approval of Pfizer products in various markets.
- Stay up-to-date on global regulatory requirements and changes, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Lead and mentor a team of regulatory professionals to support the development, registration, and post-approval activities of Pfizer's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Represent Pfizer in interactions with regulatory authorities and participate in regulatory meetings and negotiations.
- Provide strategic guidance to internal teams on regulatory pathways and potential risks/challenges.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality regulatory documents, including INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory trends and developments that may impact Pfizer's products and proactively communicate potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of regulatory affairs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regulatory processes and efficiency within the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and external partners.
Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Pharmacy, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Global Regulatory Affairs Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Drug Development And Registration.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Teams In A Global Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Regulatory Agencies And Stakeholders At All Levels.
