  1. Develop and implement global medical communication strategies in alignment with Pfizer's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical communication professionals to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of medical content.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including medical, marketing, and regulatory teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in medical communication to continuously improve and innovate Pfizer's communication strategies.
  5. Oversee the development of high-quality medical content, including scientific publications, medical education materials, and digital resources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Act as a key spokesperson for Pfizer's medical communication efforts, representing the company at conferences and events.
  7. Monitor and analyze the impact of medical communication activities, making recommendations for future improvements.
  8. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of medical communication materials.
  9. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in medical communication strategies and materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Global Medical Communication Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Medical Communications And Content Development.
