  1. Develop and implement medical strategies for the oncology and malignant hematology portfolio.

  3. Monitor and analyze clinical data, market trends, and competitor landscape to inform medical strategies and tactics.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders in the field of oncology.
  5. Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of medical plans.
  7. Represent the company at medical conferences, advisory boards, and other events.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in oncology and malignant hematology and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the field medical function to enhance the team's performance and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Medical Degree: A Director, Field Medical - Oncology, Malignant Hematology At Pfizer Should Have A Doctorate Level Medical Degree (Md Or Phd) With A Specialization In Oncology Or Hematology. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Medical Knowledge And Can Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Extensive Experience In Oncology And Malignant Hematology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Oncology And Malignant Hematology, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Disease Management, Treatment Options, And Clinical Trial Design In These Therapeutic Areas.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Field Medical Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. Excellent Communication Skills Are Also Essential To Effectively Communicate Scientific Information And Insights To Internal Stakeholders And External Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: A Successful Director, Field Medical - Oncology, Malignant Hematology Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically About The Market Landscape And Identify Opportunities For Growth. They Should Also Possess A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Effectively Manage Resources And Budgets.
