Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
In-Depth Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes And Regulations.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
