  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business processes across all departments and functions within Pfizer.
  2. Lead and manage a team of business process analysts to ensure timely and effective delivery of process improvement projects.
  3. Identify areas of inefficiency and waste within current processes and develop solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and priorities and determine areas for process improvement.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and data gathering to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for process improvement initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track progress of process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Communicate project updates and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
  9. Provide training and support to team members and other employees on process improvement methodologies and techniques.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Business Process Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Inefficiencies And Recommend Solutions To Enhance Business Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fda Guidelines, To Ensure Business Processes Are Aligned With Regulatory Standards.
