- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business processes across all departments and functions within Pfizer.
- Lead and manage a team of business process analysts to ensure timely and effective delivery of process improvement projects.
- Identify areas of inefficiency and waste within current processes and develop solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and priorities and determine areas for process improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis and data gathering to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track progress of process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate project updates and results to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members and other employees on process improvement methodologies and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Business Process Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Process Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Inefficiencies And Recommend Solutions To Enhance Business Processes.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Fda Guidelines, To Ensure Business Processes Are Aligned With Regulatory Standards.
