
Director - Business Process Analyst

- Lead and manage a team of business process analysts to identify and improve business processes across all departments and functions.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for continuous process improvement in line with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, identify pain points, and develop solutions for process enhancements.
- Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Monitor and track progress of process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly outlining the potential impact on the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business process analysis, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement new processes and technologies for process optimization.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's goals, objectives, and priorities, and align process improvement initiatives accordingly.
- Act as a key point of contact for process-related issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for process improvement projects.
- Uphold and promote company values and culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Business Process Analyst Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
