- Oversee and manage all aspects of customer support operations for Pfizer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance and present recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to streamline customer support operations and increase efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a customer-centric mindset among team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Operations Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
