  1. Lead the operational effectiveness of Pfizer's CRM platforms by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements for CRM platforms.
  3. Design and implement processes and procedures to optimize the use of CRM platforms and drive efficiencies across the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM platforms to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective utilization of CRM platforms.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to continuously improve Pfizer's CRM platforms.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of CRM platforms and promote adoption.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for CRM platforms and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies related to CRM platforms.
  10. Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for CRM platforms and participate in strategic planning meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Crm Platforms: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Crm Platforms, Especially Those Used In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Experience With Platforms Such As Salesforce, Veeva, And Iqvia.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Crm Platforms Operational Effectiveness Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects Related To The Implementation And Optimization Of Crm Platforms. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Projects To Ensure Timely And Successful Delivery.

  • Data Analysis And Reporting Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Data From Crm Platforms And Generate Meaningful Insights To Drive Operational Effectiveness. The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Data Analysis Tools And Have Experience With Reporting And Dashboard Creation.

  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Pfizer Is A Leading Pharmaceutical Company, And Experience Working In The Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. A Candidate With Prior Experience In A Similar Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Requirements Of Implementing And Managing Crm Platforms In This Industry.
