  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness of CRM platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM platform solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  4. Lead and manage the implementation and integration of new CRM platform features and enhancements.
  5. Conduct training and provide support to end-users on CRM platform usage and best practices.
  6. Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of CRM platforms, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure data integrity.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for CRM platform usage.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM platforms.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on CRM platform initiatives, progress, and results.
  11. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to CRM platforms.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of CRM platform usage.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on CRM platform usage, best practices, and processes.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to CRM platform usage.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of CRM platforms and make recommendations for improvement.
