- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and increase market share in Mexico.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Mexican pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and market access, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage and allocate marketing budget for Mexico, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify potential areas for growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance Pfizer's reputation and brand in Mexico.
