  1. Lead and manage a team of clinical study professionals to ensure successful execution of obesity-focused clinical trials.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for obesity clinical studies, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement study protocols and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  4. Oversee the selection and management of study sites and investigators for clinical trials.
  5. Monitor and track study progress, ensuring adherence to protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  6. Analyze and interpret study data, identifying trends and making recommendations for future studies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Nutrition, Public Health, Medicine) With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Obesity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Study Design, Protocol Development, And Implementation.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Researchers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Guidance And Training, And Ensuring Project Timelines And Deliverables Are Met.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Conducting Clinical Trials, Including Fda Regulations And Ich/Gcp Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
