- Maintain a high level of scientific and technical expertise in the field of clinical research.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research And Drug Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects
Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Drug Development, Including Fda And International Regulations
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Scientific And Clinical Data To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
