Job Description

At Pfizer, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be an integral part of our team, managing and growing our relationships with clinical customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with a passion for healthcare and an in-depth knowledge of the clinical setting.The successful candidate will have an understanding of the clinical environment, and a proven track record of managing customer relationships. They must have a minimum of three years of experience in a customer service or account management role, and a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry. Additionally, they should possess a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and team player, with excellent problem solving and organizational skills. They must have the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow relationships with clinical customers.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers.
  4. Manage multiple accounts and handle customer inquiries.
  5. Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to manage customer accounts.
  7. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  10. Regularly report customer feedback and data to upper management.
