Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, organized and ambitious Clinical Account Manager to join our team at Pfizer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. You must also be highly detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
  3. Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  5. Work both independently and in a team environment.
  6. Proactively develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Keep up to date with relevant healthcare regulations.
  8. Provide regular updates to management on customer status.
  9. Generate reports to track customer and sales performance.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
