We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Account Manager to join our team at Pfizer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to clinical trial sites and working closely with internal teams to ensure project success. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing support and information on clinical trial opportunities and needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in science or business, at least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, and excellent communication skills. You must also be highly organized and have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service to clinical trial sites and ensure project success.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, providing support and information on clinical trial opportunities and needs.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the clinical trial process and related regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clinical trial sites and internal teams.
- Prepare and present reports to management on the progress and status of clinical trials.
- Assist with the design and implementation of new clinical trials.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to clinical trial operations.
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
